Excellent location and great views. Villa could best be described as having a "faded glory". All facilities are present although some are dated and a bit rough around the edges. If top notch luxary fittings are important to you then this villa is not for you. However, if price, location and experiencing a real faded Italian villa are more important to you; then you will love it. (Evaluation posted on www.tuscany-villas.it)
