Motor access to the house (400 m via unmade road). Stepped path to the house. Parking in the grounds. Grocers, restaurant 700 m. Please note: car essential. In May and October swimming pool is only available on request and at extra cost (500 Euros per week) to be paid locally.
Midweek maintenance of the swimming pool. The owner lives is a dependance on the same grounds, separated from the villa.
