La Pasciolica, old typical Tuscan farm, surrounded by the Vinci vineyards and olive groves (3 km), is part of a hamlet, situated on the country road linking Sant'Ansano to Vinci, birthplace of Leonardo.
The renovated castlebelonging to the Guidi family has been conditioned according to the artist's work. The town of Vinci has all services, shops and restaurants as well as some houses and museums dedicated to the artist.
The terraced outside areas of the house offer awonderful view of the surrounding area and the old middle ages hamlets. Swimming pool and small garden.The interior is tasteful, comfortable and in a Tuscan style.
The original characteristics have been kept (exposed beams and brick floors). On request (extra), it is possible to arrange meals and extra cleaning. The owner is offering a typical meal once a week (only 04.07.-29.08.2009).
