How does it work?
Using our password protected area, you will have access to your property in order to administer to it yourself. Upon request, we can create a description of your property in German, English and Italian for a reasonable one-time fee. We will require a list of your rental prices, daily or weekly, as well as an availability calendar. We do not insist on an exclusive agency agreement, however we request that prices offered via our portal be the same as those directly offered by you. Through our long-standing cooperation with other partners, we can maximize your bookings. |
