Bosco 7 km da Perugia: Casale "Agricola Le Macchie", rustico, ristrutturata, a 15 km dal centro di Assisi, a 26 km dal centro di Gubbio, nel bosco. In comune: terreno 8 ha, frutteto. Per uso privato: giardino.
Parcheggio. Supermercato 500 m, ristorante 1 km, piscina 1 km, piscina coperta 1 km, campo da golf 10 km, maneggio 2 km. Strada di transito, al di sotto del livello della casa, a 400 m. Ottima posizione per raggiungere facilmente i borghi antichi dell'Umbria e le citta' d'arte dell'Italia centrale.

This property is a centuries old farmhouse which has been recently renovated. The house consists of two units - one with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, the other with 5 bedrooms and 4 baths. Each unit is comfortably furnished and includes quality linens and towels. Kitchens are well supplied with dishes and cooking utensils. The entire house is clean and well cared for. Tiled floors, shuttered windows and patios beautifully capture the charm of the region. The house sits on a hillside among olive trees yet is close to a grocery store and the main highway. The only drawback, if there is one, is the highway noise. We enjoyed our stay at Le Macchie and especially appreciated the warmth and hospitality of the owners.
