Vecchia casa colonica restaurata posta in posizione panoramica, costituita da due appartamenti con entrata indipendente e da una porzione di casa abitata dal proprietario. Circondata da vigneti e uliveti.
Arredamento con mobili del tipico stile toscano. Prodotti della tenuta come vino, olio e grappa, possono essere acquistati sul posto. Casa colonica "I Ceneruzzi", antica, ristrutturata, a 1 km dal centro di Gambassi, a 12 km dal centro di San Gimignano, a 45 km dal centro di Firenze, Siena, posizione tranquilla in collina, immerso nel verde.
In comune: giardino 2'000 m2 (recintato), piscina (5 x 9 m, profondità 130 cm, 02.05.-03.10.), tennis da tavolo, mobili da giardino, barbecue. Per uso privato, terrazza, mobili da giardino, barbecue.

The villa was lovely - beautiful views over the tuscan hills and a really peaceful setting. Very clean and comfortable. Run by a family who were very friendly and helpful. A really charming place. The villa was very clean, tidy and well looked after. Beautifully seclued, but too far from Gambassi - near enough so that it was only a five minute drive to the shops , restaurants. Good location for visiting San Gimignano, Volterra, Sienna. A twenty/thirty minute drive to Poggibonsi, where there's a very good supermarket. There is also an area outside where you could eat, and a barbeque that guests have access to, (although lots of mozzies around in the evenings in August). Quite a small living / dining area downstairs. As there are only two small apartments, the pool is very private. The views from the poolside are fantastic. Quite a small pool, but perfect for cooling off in the hot sun. Gambassi is a small town, pretty and unspoilt. There were some lovely restaurants there - only open in the evening. Nothing really to do there in the daytime - everywhere was closed when we arrived as it was the middle of the afternoon.
