Refundable Security deposit € 1.500,00
If the villa features a phone, a deposit of 250 euros for outgoing calls will be always due at check-in (cash); the amount will be entirely refunded in case the phone is not used.
Rental prices include linen (changed weekly), final cleaning, electricity and how water.
Heating is charged extra according to usage.
Arrival time is on Saturday between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.
Swimming-pools are generally open from 30 May to 3 Oct. Different dates have to be arranged with the owners.
