This villa has been recently and skilfully restored with all its original architectural features preserved and turned into an independent villa offering tastefully furnished interiors. The villa affords extensive views over the Tuscan and Chianti landscape. The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road. Distances: Castelfiorentino with all kinds of shops 3 km, Montespertoli 10 km, Florence approx. 35 km, Siena approx. 50 km. At guests’ disposal: large garden furnished with tables and chairs, swimming-pool (10 x 5 m – maximum depth 1,5 m – open from 15/05 to 30/09) and private barbecue. Parking within the grounds. Extra services: maid service available by arrangement € 10,- / per hour (to be paid on the spot). Possibility of hiring an extra bed at € 50,- / per week and a baby bed at € 25,- / per week, both payable locally. On request the owner of the villa arrange nice dinners based on local Chianti recipes, cooking classes and pizza parties where customers can learn preparing pizzas and bread.
