Il Palazzaccio, like Villalta, is part of the S. Fabiano estate situated at the gates of the city of Arezzo, just 1 km from the old city centre. It occupies a fine, peaceful hilltop position, set amidst an enchanting landscape of olives, vineyards and woods. The villa dates to the sixteenth century and skilful restoration has perfectly preserved the elegant original architectural style.
