Surrounded by vines and olives ground in one of the most beautiful landscape of the Chianti region, it is situated on a hill with an outstanding view of the famous towers.
The property has also a large ground (4 ha) with olive ground and a cultivated, extensive garden with a lovely sun terrace and deck chairs. There are several furnished outdoor areas for open air dinners, two of them are terraces with direct access to the kitchen.
The carefully restored house has 3 living parts, two of them with exit to the garden. The comfortable house with arches and 2 fire places has also country house furnitures.
