He has decided to rent half of the property; the remaining part of both the house and the garden is inhabited by his brother, with a well educated pastore maremmano (a kind of Italian Sheepdog). The choice for the interiors is a simple but comfortable furniture.
The country style kitchen opens onto a covered veranda, perfect for "al fresco" meals, while enjoying the panorama. A charming swimming pool, surrounded by plants has been installed in front of the house, in the very well kept garden.
The pool is for clients' exclusive use to bathe and to relax in the sun.
