LE VALLE

The Residenza, a former Fattoria, was built about 250 years ago. The estate could be categorized as a cultural object. It is carefully renovated benefiting from know-how, provided with a harmonic, high-class equipment.

There are 11 modern flats with 2-8 beds, kitchen, bathroom, a safe, satellite TV and mostly a private terrace or Loggia.
Every flat has a separate entrance.
Two flats are handicapped accessible. Pets are allowed. In addition there are six double bedrooms.

The estate is surrounded by beautiful landscape, perfectly suited for hiking and cycling, where the great diversity of animals and plants can be discovered.
The ocean is 40 km away.

A park (50 000 m²), a forest, meadow and pond are included in the property. Also there are three wells, a fitness trail, a swimming pool and barbeque.

There is a private bar/café in the former Fattoria as well as a shop where vine and local specialties can be bought.
Daily a large breakfast buffet is offered. Group activities like painting classes, vine seminars and other classes can be organized. The offer also covers activities like table tennis and billiard.

German, French and English is spoken by the stuff.
The estate is administrated by a Swiss leadership.
