Kaucana is a two-family villa (200 m2) that faces a stretch of sea with a free beach, between the bathing resort of Marina di Ragusa and Punta Secca. The villa is characterised by a pretty terrace that overlooks the sea with a sandy beach (free).
The beach, which is separated from the villa by an internal street, can be reached by going down a few stairs. On the backside of the villa there is a large, private, closed courtyard, where there is a car park for 4 cars, two of the spaces are covered, and an outbuilding which is for the exclusive use of the guests.
The other portion of the villa is completely autonomous. DISTANCES: The villa is situated on the south-eastern part of Sicily where the important historic centres of Modica, Scicli, Vittoria, Camarina are located and off to the east you will find the baroque city of Noto and the city of Siracusa with its splendid Ortigia. 1.9 km Punta Secca (basic necessity shops), 3 km Marina di Ragusa (all kinds of shops), 24 km south of the city of Ragusa-Ibla.
