Peaceful position. Shared: park with tall trees, lawn (approx. 1,000 m2) and large swimming pool (14x7, 2,20 m deep) (18/5-5/10) with outdoor shower. A part of the villa is inhabited by the caretaker, who has free access for the up keep of the park, the garden and the swimming pool, and occasionally by the owners.
