Großes, friedlich gelegenes Landhaus im Herzen der "Colli Euganei", die schönste und anmutigste Gegend des venezianischen Landes. Das Haus ist umgeben von einer großen, schattigen und umzäunten Naturwiese, von der aus man einen weiten Blick auf die umliegenden Hügel und die darunter befindliche Ebene genießt.
Parkplatz. Entfernungen: Der Ort Vo (Geschäfte aller Art) 3 km, Este (öffentliches Schwimmbadund )im Umkreis von 10-12 km mehrere Golfplätze)6 km, Padua 20 km, Venedig 60 km. Die Lage ist günstig, um enogastronomische Ausflüge zu unternehmen und diesen Teil Venetiens mit seinen charakteristischen Orten zu erkunden.

A problem I have had when renting properties at home and abroad relates to charges for cleaning and electricity. In this case a cleaning charge of 20euros per person applied (one mucky person causes more cleaning than 6 of the tidy kind!!!). We had a group of 6 people resulting in a charge of 120euros and given that we did not make the property any more dirty than is totally inevitable a charge 120 euros is frankly too much. As for the charge for electricity I was charged 40+ euros which, in the UK, would represent my monthly payment - all very odd in a situation where we spent most of our time out of the property enjoying Italy - as you would expect. I would have thought a reasonable cleaning charge to be no more than 75euros and electricity to be no more than 10 euros (we actually were charged £6.50 for a week's electricity when we stayed at a property in the UK in June and due to the weather spent more time indoors! The pleasure of our stay was marred by what we felt was an overpayment of some 75 euros. The owners would do well to increase the rental charge and then appear to be generous by dropping the cleaning and electricity charges altogether. Was I overcharged for electricity?
