Zur Mitbenutzung: Park (eingezäunt), Freibad (01.06.-15.09.), Tennis, Gartenmöbel. Haushalthilfe möglich (extra). Parkplatz beim Haus. Einkaufsgeschäft 2 km, Lebensmittelgeschäft 2 km, Restaurant 500 m.
Bitte beachten: Hauptstrasse 20 m vom Haus. Die Villa besteht aus 6 Wohnungen und befindet sich in einem herrlichen und sehr gepflegtem Park mit sehr vielen Blumen und jahrhunderte alte Baeume.
Hier befindet sich auch der Pool, der Tennisplatz und die Boccia Bahn. Beim See, nach der Ueberquerung der Strasse gegenueber der Villa, befindet sich ein kleiner Garten. Faehre nach Bellagio 1 km.

This property is an A+. Location is perfect for a week's stay at Lake Como, the property on which the Villa sits is gorgeous, and the villa is a nice home away from home. Close to the Ferry to Bellagio and other towns, a modest drive from Lake Lugano, a 2 1/2 hour drive to St. Moritz, about 1 1/2 hours from Milan. Can't be beat! The upstairs bedroom requires a climb up a narrow spiral staircase, but the original wood ceiling is worth the climb. The property owner/keyholder is wonderfully hospitable. The cost of this Villa/Apartment is comparable to a hotel in Bellagio, without the charm, convenience and privacy.
