Bosco 7 km von Perugia: Rustikaler Bauernhof "Agricola Le Macchie", renoviert, 15 km vom Zentrum von Assisi, 26 km vom Zentrum von Gubbio, im Wald. Zur Mitbenutzung: Grundstück 8 ha, Obstgarten. Zur Alleinbenutzung: Garten.
Parkplatz. Supermarkt 500 m, Restaurant 1 km, Freibad 1 km, Hallenbad 1 km, Golfplatz 10 km, Reitstall 2 km. Transitstrasse 400 m, unter dem Haus hindurch. Beste Lage, um die alten Dörfer Umbriens und die Kunststädte Zentralitaliens leicht zu erreichen.
Das Haus besteht aus 2 Einheiten, wovon die eine ständig bewohnt ist.

This property is a centuries old farmhouse which has been recently renovated. The house consists of two units - one with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, the other with 5 bedrooms and 4 baths. Each unit is comfortably furnished and includes quality linens and towels. Kitchens are well supplied with dishes and cooking utensils. The entire house is clean and well cared for. Tiled floors, shuttered windows and patios beautifully capture the charm of the region. The house sits on a hillside among olive trees yet is close to a grocery store and the main highway. The only drawback, if there is one, is the highway noise. We enjoyed our stay at Le Macchie and especially appreciated the warmth and hospitality of the owners.
