The Corneto palazzo is an ancient noble building that dates back to 1600, situated in a strategic and panoramic position, on the top of gently sloping hill. The Corneto palazzo has just been renovated by its new owners and has been transformed into only 5 holiday apartments that enjoy a splendid irregular-shaped swimming pool (16x10), positioned in front of the building in a new context of particular beauty for its ample view, which stretches out from the town of Pomarance to the valley of the Cecina river and over the hills where Volterra is situated.
Peaceful position. Various green outdoor areas surround the house and which are situated on various levels and near the swimming pool, besides a spacious suntrap terrace, is a panoramic terrace with 2 bathrooms.
Barbecue. Shared coin operated washing machine in an outbuilding on the ground floor. The last stretch of road that leads to the house (approx. 700 m) is not asphalted but is suitable for all types of cars.
