Pretty farmhouse (380 m2) that has been recently restored and transformed into a comfortable and elegant country residence set among the hills .Pretty view of Todi and the charming hills that surround it. Property (approx. 7 ha) with olive trees and spacious equipped outdoor area that is partly paved (barbecue) and from which you reach an above-the-round swimming pool (5x10). 2 hours of cleaning per day (Monday-Friday) are included in the price. The owners live in an independent annexe in front of the house. Access along about 500 m of dirt track road. Possibility on request of car service to and from the airport (to be requested at the time of booking) and car hire with/without driver. Laundry service by housekeepers upon request and subsequent payment.
