Ancient restored house (120 m2) in the historical centre of Pitigliano. The house, although in the historical centre, has one side that overlooks the cliffs and which benefits from an impressive view. The house is also characterised by its external grassy area with a barbecue and table for outside dining, which you reach by going down an internal staircase dug out from the tufa rock where, on different levels, there is an ancient wine cellar, oil storage room etc..Public parking 200 m away. DISTANCES: Pitigliano, one of the most characteristical places in the upper Maremma, only a few kilometres from the border with the Lazio region and set in one of the most interesting areas, full of Etruscan remains. Not very far away there are other small centres with interesting necropoli, tombs and museums, such as Sovana (10 km), Castro (14 km). 10 km fromSaturnia, a village with its important spa centre, 35 km Lake Bolsena, 60 km the sea and some of the most famous tourist resorts of the Tuscan coast such as Porto Ercole and Porto S. Stefano.
