The villa was skilfully restored preserving many of its original Italian architectural features like the ancient terracotta-tiled floors and beautiful beamed ceilings and it was turned into an independent and delightful villa for rent offering tastefully decorated interiors combining antiques and rustic pieces.
Distances: food shops 1,5 km, Cortona with all kinds of shops 4 km, Arezzo 30 km, Montepulciano with famous wine cellars approx. 30 km, Pienza and the Orcia Valley approx. 40 km.
Perugia and Siena are within 50 km. Horse-back riding facilities and tennis court approx. 3 km away, golf course at approx. 20 km from the villa.
At guests' disposal: lovely garden with olive-trees, brooms, lavender and rosemary bushes equipped with tables and chairs and private swimming pool (8 x 4 m - open from 01/05 to 30/09) set in panoramic location, like most of Italian villas in Tuscany.
Parking within the grounds. The access to the property is via an unpaved and partially steep road not suitable for sports or big cars.

Arrivals on Saturdays between 16.30 and 19.30. Arrivals after 19.30 will not be accepted.

1st floor: double bedroom, twin-bedded room, bathroom with shower, small panoramic balcony.
It is possible to add an extra single bed.
Both bedrooms on the first floor affords splendid views over the surrounding landscape.
