Villa Pisciarelli, a country house in in quiet position, for private use. It is situated near to the Mediaeval resort of Ronciglione (440m altitude), in a Mediterranean hilly landscape of the Monti Cimini, a nature park, which has volcanic source.
This area is full of possibilities for excursions: to Rome, Viterbo and other very interesting sights. Ideal location for water sport lovers too with the Lago di Vico, a bathing lake, with sailing and pedal boats 5km away and the beautiful beaches of the coast are very near (50km).
The vast extent of the grounds (10ha) with vineyards, olive groves and hazelnuts is ideal for walking or jogging. The house has 3 floors with some panoramic terraces. Guests also have access to the swimming pool, tennis and boccia.
It has also a wellness area with whirlpool and fitness room. Swimming-towels are available for the clients (extra). The whole house is comfortably furnished. On request: cleaning and wine and olive oil tasting.
