1 km from Castel del Piano: Il Palazzo di Bagnaia is an old country residence dating from the 17th century. It lies only 10 km from Perugia and 1 km from Castel del Piano, on the outskirts of the little village of Bagnaia, in well kept grounds with a communal swimming pool.
There are various properties for rent within the residence. Il Palazzo is on the 2nd floor of the villa (where the owners also live); the second property, Casa di Scoccia, has been created in one of the old farm buildings in the grounds.
Inside the gardens, close to Casa di Scoccia, there is a totally renovated t-shape farm building maintaining its original features which has a further two apartments with independant entrances and own outdoor areas (Casa di Puppola and Casa di Romani).
