The Casali di Caicocci are halfway between Umbertide (10 km) and Lake Trasimeno (15 km), set on approx 200 ha of enclosed grounds in the Alta Valle del Tevere, surrounded by hills. All farmhouses (12 houses and 32 apartments) have been renovated and furnished in Umbrian country style (arte povera) with TV, small fireplace and extra beds on sleeping chairs and divans, specially for children. In the property are many activities (some extra to be paid locally) at variable distances from the houses: archery, mini footbal pitch, riding with riding school, trekking and children playground. In the antique tower there is a restaurant where one can taste the local specialities. Easy to reach several towns: Perugia, 35 km; Spello and Assisi 55 km; Todi and Spoleto 85 km and many more. Farm-house "I Casali di Caicocci", in a quiet, sunny position, in the green. For shared use: swimming pool (10 x 20 m,10.05.-21.09.), paddling pool, tennis, children's playground. In the house: reception, restaurant, bar. Linen change weekly. Bread roll service and half-board on request. Shop 10 km, railway station "Umbertide" 10 km.
