Montanare, 8 km from Cortona: manor house "Il Maggese", from the 19th-century, renovated, outside the resort, 38 km from the centre of Arezzo, in a secluded, elevated position, in the green. For shared use: swimming pool (5 x 11 m, 15.05.-25.09.).
In the house: washing machine (for shared use). (30 m via unmade road). The surrounding countryside dotted with small hamlets is ideal for hikes, horse-riding (on request) and bike tours (bikes available to guests).
Also on request: Dinner, cooking, pottery and theatre courses, guided tours (also by bike). The Trasimeno Lake is ideal for all manner of watersports, 20 km. The apartments I5497/840a and /840b can be inter-connected.
