Colle degli Ulivi is an old stone building of mediaeval origin set in a panoramic position at 550 m above sea level, commanding a fine view over the entire Valdarno. The renovation has been carried out with meticulous care, conserving the authentic beauty of the architectural details.
The house is surrounded by land, with vines, olives and fruit trees. Cortona is just 8 km away, Arezzo 30 km and Perugia 40 km, while there are numerous facilities for water sports enthusiasts at Lake Trasimene 20 km away.
