Farmhouse situated 3 km from Loro Ciuffenna, central area between Arezzo (km 42), Florence and Siena (km 55) at the foot of Pratomagno. The producing farm has approx 5 ha of fine old vineyards and olive trees, orchards and vegetables fields.
The farm house is divided into two totally independent sections, we offer one of them. The annex is occupied from time to time by the owners. The house has large outdoor areas with garden furniture and a veranda with a table, ideal to have meals outside.
The large swimming pool is shared by the guests and the owners, with shower and changing room. The main house has wood burning stoves (firewood extra) and fireplaces for heating, while the annex has gas central heating (extra).
