Villa di Castello situated in one of the most beautiful areas of the Alto Mugello (700 m above sea level). The estate was founded in the Middle Ages by the Counts of Cremona. The house is owned by a local family along with the Castello della Rocca (I5293/820) which is not far away from the house.
Large private park with individual outdoor areas with magnificent panoramic views. A road worth seeing leads to Florence (Ex Granducale). Numerous trekking possibilities. The owner family also lives on the estate.
