Farmhouse of the 17 century, ronovated with care. It is situated in panoramic position ideal to visit the most important towns in Tuscany. It is surrounded by vineywards and olive groves, a large ground with cypress trees and a garden with the panoramic view of the hills and as far as the towers of S. Gimignano. There is a big terrace with barbecue and nearby there is a renovated hayloft with outdoor private area which is sometimes used by the owner. The renovation has not spoilt the original features such as stone fireplaces, beam ceilings, vaulted arches and other unique details. Furnishing is a mix of country style and antiques. Cottage "La Fiaba" 8 km from the centre of Montespertoli, 30 km from the centre of Firenze, 50 km from the centre of Siena, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, in the countryside.
