Historic and antique villa dating back to 17th century, Villa Alzato is immerged between centuries-old trees in a splendid parc, designed by the architect Poggi (that projected the Cascine park in Florence).
The villa with the nice italian garden with pool lies at the entrance to the village of Lucignano, in the Chianti hills only 25 km from Florence and at about 10 km from Montespertoli. It is divided into five apartments, four of which are in the main part of the villa, while one has been built in the former granary.
Our offer is one of them, La Loggetta, a portion of the villa. The structure is very large and has been carefully renovated and furnished in the classic style of the tuscan country villa with original antique pieces.
It is provided with central heating and phone. All of the apartments share the park and a large 7x14 m pool (closed from 8.00 pm to 8.00 am). Besides, La Loggetta has its own private garden area.
