1 km from Panzano: Le Bartoline is the restored farm of a former monastery, situated on the top of a Chianti hill, overlooking the lovely little town of Panzano (1 km), about 6 km from Greve in Chianti, ca. 30 km from both Florence and Siena.
It has been recently renovated and divided into nine apartments belonging to separate owners. The two apartments we offer are: Il Loggiato (I5269/812) and La Scaletta (I5269/812B), both well-renovated and furnished in classical Tuscan country style.
Each apartment has a private, furnished outdoor area. Very old farm-house "Le Bartoline", renovated, surrounded by trees and fields 6 km from the centre of Greve in Chianti, 30 km from the centre of Firenze, Siena, in an elevated position, in the countryside.
For shared use: swimming pool (5 x 10 m, 13.05.-14.10.). In the house: with TV. Parking by the house. Shop 1 km, bus stop 1 km, tennis 7 km, riding stables 9 km. Please note: There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence.
