This characteristic stone mill, which lies about 5 km from Vinci, native city of Leonardo, has been transformed into an elegant and comfortable residence using the original materials as far as possible, totally renovated and rendered comfortable by efficient and modern equipment, which means that the original architectural features have been preserved giving a comfortable ambience for a relaxing holiday. Furnished in a rustic style with period pieces it provides guests with all conveniences: dishwasher, oven, microwave, satellite TV, electrical grill and barbecue, cellular phone (on request). The outdoor area is distribuited on various levels so that the house can be accessed from the ground floor as well as from the first floor. It looks over the little river that once powered the mill and has a large, furnished sun terrace next to the irregularly shaped swimming-pool and planted outdoor areas around the house with barbecue.
