Umberto lies amidst olive-groves up in the hills, only 3 km from the town of Camaiore and 6 km from the beaches of Versilia and commands a splendid view of the coast of Versilia. It is tastefully furnished in country style and has a tiled court-yard and green terraced grounds, equipped with a table for outside dining.
The keeper, who looks after the estate and is in charge of the guest reception, lives in the back of the house with an independant entrance. Heating and electricity are on consumption. The use of the swimming pool, outside shower and barbecuein 2007 as an extra cost of Euro 180 per week.
