A charming villa for holidays in Tuscany. Beautiful farmhouse recently restored situated on the border between Tuscany and Umbria, in a very quiet location enjoying nice views over the surrounding landscape. The villa is comfortably furnished in a traditional Tuscany manner.
Distances: Mercatale di Cortona with all kinds of shops 1 km, the renowned medieval town Cortona 20 km, Lake Trasimeno with equipped beaches 12 km, Perugia 45 km. Assisi, Siena and Florence are easily reachable.
At guests' disposal: large equipped private garden, swimming-pool (6,60 x 4,10 m - maximum depth 1,40 m - open from 01/05 to 30/09), barbecue and gazebo. Parking within the grounds.
Extra services: by arrangement it is possible to hire a cot € 30,- / per week, to be paid on the spot.
