The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road. Extra bed and baby bed available on request (free of charge). Maid service available by arrangement Euro 10 / per hour payable locally. Parking. Central heating. DISTANCES: 20 km Spina (all kinds of shops), Perugia 18 km, Todi 25 km, Assisi 30 km. Lake Trasimeno with equipped beaches is approx. 15 km away.
