Apartment spread over 3 floors in a villa inside a small farm in the hills of Mantecarlo, a small medieval town famous for its wine and olive oil, its fortress and the small theatre where Puccini tried out his pieces of work (both can be seen upon booking).
Beautiful, broad views of the countryside and the plain. The villa has been divided into 3 apartments. Shared: an equipped and well-kept lawn with swimming pool (5x10) and sun terrace. It is possible to purchase farm products.
On the last Sunday of May the "Cantine Aperte" (Open Cellars) festival takes place, where it is possible to taste local products for free. 3 bicycles are available on request. Parking. DISTANCES: 2 km Montecarlo, 5 km Altopascio and Porcari (all kinds of shops), 12 km Lucca, 16 km Montecatini, 35 km the beaches of the Versilia, 85 km Florence.

It is possible to have an additional bed to be requested when booking and to be paid for directly on location (150 Euros/week). Comfortable furniture. Central heating with electric ironclad plates.
