Up until the first half of '50s, the property was used as a farmhouse, then the owners began the restoration that was tastefully done with special attention payed to its original architectural characteristics. Surrounding the complex, the property extends outwards and includes a wooded area ideal for taking hikes, a lawn with a tennis court and a swimming pool (12x6). Nice and peaceful. The complex, which is attached to another house on one side, has been divided vertically into 3 apartments, each with a private equipped outdoor area (barbecue) either behind or on the side of the accommodation.
