The house, which is in Tuscany on the border with Umbria , is surrounded by extensive grounds consisting of an equipped garden, well-kept grassy terracings, with olive groves, barbecue,broom and meadows. On one of the terracings below the house (50 m), is the swimming pool (diam. 8 m), a pretty lake, equipped pergola and gazebo and an ancient wood-burning oven. Garage for 3 cars.
